Alder Springs is the only nonprofit community for the deaf, deafblind, blind, and hard of hearing in the United States. All construction is funded entirely by charitable gifts, pledges, and grants. Alder Springs is designed to simplify day-to-day living through an ingenious blend of smart architecture, inspired technology, and a delightful location. The apartments allow for easy mobility and communication while advanced technologies enhance safety, security, and communication. The Phase 2 Residence will add 26 new units to the community with construction planned to begin in 2025.
