In fall of 2021, NC School of Science and Mathematics will expand to a second campus in Morganton, NC. A new Student Commons and Residence Hall will provide collaborative living and learning spaces. The adaptive re-use of Goodwin Hall, Joiner Hall, Jeter Hall, and the Cattle Barn will preserve key buildings in the NC School for the Deaf Historic District. 150 high school juniors will join the inaugural class followed by 150 additional students in 2022.
